Excellent well made and fascinating podcast, and very unique story
One of the best investigative journalism podcasts I’ve ever listened to. Thorough research and great story telling. Hoping for season 2!
Excellent and fascinating ! Loved the hosts too
This is one of the best podcasts I’ve ever heard (and I’ve listened to MOST in the true crime
genre). Fantastic writing, full of nuance and compelling side stories. Listen, and you’ll get a really fascinating look into Japanese culture and even a history lesson on 1980’s diplomacy. Just superb! Jake and Shoko are a winning team.
I was completely immersed from the beginning. This was so intriguing! I know Japanese culture is much more complex than American culture but who knew? Tell us some more please. And thank you 🙏
