    This podcast is so thought provoking. I rave about it to all my friends and think about the topics all the time. Jamie and Joan have helped me to much with my relationship with my body, and I’m so thankful to them. I love how the two different professional backgrounds they both have blend together, and the openness and respect they have for each other and their different types of expertise is so beautiful and compelling. Thank you, Jamie and Joan!!
