    This was one of the best podcasts EVER! I see this often in my work, people don’t just burn out, they “discourage out”because no one does a wellness check on them. Everyone needs to be acknowledges as “present”, “valued”, and as making a contribution. We all need recognition for our individual gifts, and environments where sensitivity is valued, not dismissed. Sheridan nails it (again)! Excellent podcast!
