各国の時代背景や教育方針、当時の流行、また過去〜現代において、どういった背景から（例えば大東さんは、いつも太宰治さんや、〇〇年はいかに西側の影響が大きかったか〜 のような事を語られておられる印象です）こういう作品が当時出来上がったのだろう といったコメントをされていて、ただ面白かったorつまらなかっただけでは終わらないお二人の知識量も素晴らしいなぁと、いつも思って拝聴しております。
私はカナダ在住で、日本人の少ない環境の中、このポッドキャストのお陰で日々隙間時間を日本語で埋めて楽しませていただいております。ありがとうございます！

声が高い方？の人の感想が色々薄い。 「本のタイトルに「鉄道」と入ってるのに鉄道の事何も書かれてない！」(そもそも、その本の原題には「鉄道」とは入ってないので筋違い)とか諸々。
