本週，戴老師將深入探討監獄裡最難處理的群體——生涯累犯。這群人把監獄當成「回家一樣的感覺」，終其一生在犯罪與入獄間擺盪。
因為無法適應社會規範、工作不穩定，他們從竊盜開始，逐步轉向搶奪、詐欺或毒品等犯罪路徑。最驚人的發現是，有人竟將矯治機構視為「溫暖的避風港」，因為在這裡至少能吃飽，且沒有吸毒壓力。

很高興能找到戴老師的Podcast分享！
在E P09談到青少年犯罪預防或矯正的這題。
當中老師分享了令我驚訝又心酸的一個事實：青少年車手在拿到第一筆犯罪所得時，往往都是包紅包給父母⋯⋯因為他們想要讓父母證明，我已獨立，可以照顧自己。
無論他們怎麼定義父母、怎麼看社會，他跟我們一樣都在期待被人肯定的經驗。特別是能夠被自己的父母肯定。
我自己雖然還沒有孩子，但在工作服務的現場，時常會跟青少年接觸。今天聽到這集，讓我更會提醒自己，不要吝嗇於鼓勵跟肯定我的學生們；同時更耐心與認真的聽他們分享、跟他們一起討論創意的可行。
這對我來講在簡單不過的小事，說不定就是他們今天或這一個禮拜的大成就。
