Always well prepared, Sarah approaches each conversation with insightful questions and a calm, thoughtful style. Great pod for learning about running as a whole and to get to know the people at the centre of the industry
Listened to the Elise cranny convo. On audio it felt more like a White House press session than a sit down interview bc the interviewer just says “yeah ok” in a condescending / aloof tone & then moves onto the next question. It felt very disjointed like listening to a listicle rather than a conversation w flow.
I am enjoying Sarah Lorne and her calm a smart approach to interviewing. She makes her quests seem very interesting, even though I have not heard of many of them.
It’s great to hear a good journalist interview interesting people.
Sarah is an absolutely fantastic interviewer!
