I have listened and read so much about GLP 1s in my search to truly understand them. I find this podcast one of the best and the way things are explained stick in my head like for example GLP1 sending a signal that acts as a nutritional security blanket to the brain makes so much sense to me. I really appreciate how calm and easy all three of them are to listen to. Thank you very much for all the information!!
I wish there was less of Andrea. She rambles on and repeats herself constantly, super annoying.
I really appreciate the knowledge in this podcast and it’s anti-diet focus. However, Andrea’s intro “does this podcast make me look fat?“ is tone deaf and goes against anti-diet philosophy. I would like this podcast so much better if they got rid of that tagline. Thank you for considering.
I love this podcast, and I find that every episode (even the ones I predict might not be relevant to me) turns out to have some nuggets of personally useful information. I’m on a GLP-1 (Mounjaro) and I’m so very glad I found this podcast to help me maximise my health and wellbeing. And I love the three presenters, they make a wonderful team!
