Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

59: Is there still hope for them? - With Dave Jensen
Q: How would you encourage them to do what to do next?
Don't give up, continue to pray and lean into opportunities for engagement with them.
47: Converting Gen Z with Connor Davaram
Q: Why do you think that works?
Being immersed in the scriptures and having communal experiences with like-minded individuals provide a strong foundation for youth, creating an environment conducive to faith.
47: Converting Gen Z with Connor Davaram
Q: What are you seeing work when it comes to seeing Gen Z teens, One for Christ?
It's a combination of things such as having quality Friday night programs that include regular engagement and preaching that invites response.
44: Reaching Gen Z - Part 1
Q: Are you seeing more young people converted?
There is a tendency for more young people to be open and willing to have conversations about faith.
50: Athletes, Pasifika, and Gen Z for Jesus with Ed Craig
Q: What advice would you give for people who may be, it may be parents, it may be siblings, it may be whoever is listening, that as we encounter people, particularly in that high school age range, what are things that we can do that can really resonate and help us as we evangelize?
We need to show people Jesus, because Christianity lives and dies with Him. You need to make Christianity relevant and let them see it. I think through living out, through being a witness, through the way you speak to people, the way you interact with people, the way you deal with people, you can show Jesus through your actions almost as much as you can show people Jesus through speaking about the resurrection.
