    I love this podcast. Whenever I feel I’m going off track with my fitness goals (or even when I’m sticking to them) Maz and Chelsea give practical, intelligent and compassionate advice that always makes me feel better and keeps me motivated. I’m not a client, but somehow the questions they answer and the topics they cover always seem relevant to my journey. They also have a laugh and a giggle and their positivity is so infectious I find myself laughing out load. Great pod!

    This is the podcast I’ve been looking for for years! It has practical tips, specific food /diet/meal ideas, and they help real people work through real issues. I am binging it.

    I have done two programs before with other trainers, and nobody ever looked at my food log with the detail that these two look at their clients’ food logs. I’m learning about tracking my food in My Fitness Pal (even though I think they use a different app). I’m learning how to lose more fat and tips on strength training.... more
