I recently came across this podcast, and I have thoroughly enjoyed each episode. As someone not overly familiar with philosophy, this podcast serves as a nice bridge between pure thought and objective observations in the current landscape of fitness. Each discussion affords the opportunity to think deeply about your own intentions with regards to fitness, and many cases will challenge previously held beliefs.
Lifelong fitness fanatic, but never spent enough time thinking about the really important, big picture questions around fitness. Grateful for this
