  • Marble challenge

Someone shared the poodcast with me and it’s really impacted our lives! As 1 of 9 myself and a mom of 4, I understand the power of working as a team! This podcast brings this idea to life. The marble challenge episode inspired the most effective incentive program I’ve been apart of (as 1 of 9) or instituted for my own family! We really love the idea of modeling first and training, making expectations clear and focusing on only 1 thing!

  • Husband and I Love It

I get excited whenever I see a new Family Teams podcast episode uploaded! My husband and I love discussing the episode every week. I’ve been thinking for a while that something is remiss with the way American culture does family. Jeremy gives a much clearer vision for what families can be and how God designed them to be. My kids LOVE being team Homeier! They crave identity and it’s a joy to be able to shape that in them.

This is a podcast every single person needs to listen to weather you’re a kid, single, or a grandparent. If everybody will open their ears to this, we will have a better world. The things you have been struggling with will most likely be answered in the wisdom of these episodes.
