  • Most Episodes Are Great

The main pod host is great. He’s close to a five-star. Solid voice and personality. The other male caster’s personality, the one who accompanies the main host to discuss shows, is, well, you be the judge—don’t worry, he can take it considering his criticisms towards others. And we likely need some more editing. The shows are a bit long sometimes due to discussion points running their course. The interviews with instructors and show designers are very, very good. When you rewatch some shows afte... more

  • Amazing Podcast

I’m new to listening to podcast but having this amazing ColorGuard podcast just makes me so happy. I say I live, sleep, and eat guard. Now it’s complete. Love the fun energy the podcast always gives. Love the different topics and people who you have on.

Thank you for also reminding all that A CLASS IS THE BACKBONE of our sport. #TeamNY #WinterSkyIA #MYCGC #MAIN

  • Loving this podcast!!

As someone who has been in this activity for about 10 years, I was so excited when I found this podcast! I love to know what is going on in other states during the season and this give me the information to keep me in the loop! And I love that you keep all opinions respectful. Especially when I don’t have the time to watch the regionals. Right when I found it last week, i listened to every episode as fast as I could. Thank you for starting this podcast!! I can’t wait to watch it grow! I love it!... more

  • Third party validation

I’m a parent and never know how other people outside of our guard and of course the judges how other people feel about our show(s) and it’s validating to hear an outsider’s perspective on the hard work our guard members do and how well the show plays to the audience. Love this podcast.

Also, if you see this, it’s Ry-el (just like you said it). At Dayton in prior years when the announcer said Larry A “Rye-Lee” it became a bit of a running gag amongst us 🙃

  • 5, 6… 5,6,7,8!

What a great pod! I’m living for the pet peeves and historical moments. Thank you so much for bringing this JOY to us during this time in the world. I marched Eklipse (KY/TN) 2001 (shout to WGI in Milwaukee!) and Ubiquity (IN) 2004, and have been teaching guards in 2000; Eric totally gets the vibe and enthusiasm of the pageantry arts so well and I am here for all of it! Keep it up! #thingswilburlikes #forevereklipse
