- Great Podcast covering military and life
I start listening to the Fragout Podcast early last year (2023) before I retired from the Marine Corps. I picked out some random episodes, but after a few went back and started with #1 and am now on #154. I have reached out to a few of his guests who helped me with my transition out of the Corps and back to Wisconsin. Never met Ryan, but highly recommend this podcast.

Ryan is engaging in discussion on so many subjects that people (Especially active and ex military) might have been holding in and haven't been able to talk with others about. It's already brought me some much needed clarity on a few small things.

This is one of my buddies. Consider him a brother and has done so much for veterans. Always has an open ear for anyone who has ptsd or depression or simply wants to talk. I’m new to actually listening to podcasts and immediately subscribed to Farva’s. Glad he’s been successful in his work with veterans.
