  • Crying

Releasing emotions including crying is very healthy. If those emotions don’t come out they are stored in your body. The strongest people I know cry. Not being able to release tears is not a sign of strength. Just think it’s dangerous to give the impression that crying shows how strong you are. There are many benefits to crying and releasing emotions in a healthy way and safe spaces.

I’ve been a fan of Anjelah’s since the very beginning and love that she has had this podcast for some time. It is relatable, especially when she talks about family and life in general. • Not clean

I started following Anjelah because she is funny AND CLEAN. I don’t expect to hear swearing in these conversations (even if it is the guest) and turned this episode off after 10 min. Hadn’t really become entertaining by that point either.

  • Speak Out Fellow Mexicana

I understand staying out of politics to a certain extent. But, not showing solidarity with the fight against racism feels like there is no solidarity. You are as high as you are because of the fight Mexicans fought in the past. I love your story and identify with you. Have followed you from the beginning of youtube. I hope to see your roots shine because that’s who you are.
