作家李怡志從小在鹽埕與三塊厝等街區成長，長期從事社群藝術創作與策展，作品關注城鄉發展和地方智慧。他在2007年回到鹽埕，對於周遭既熟悉卻又極陌生的環境，頓時感受到強烈的失落與鄉愁，於是他開始用創作及紀錄將過去的生活景物採集下來。在城市快速改變之間，生活在其中的人們該如何自處？我們終究該保留什麼？卻又不得不失去什麼？未來的鹽埕又該是什麼樣貌？讓我們來聽李怡志的《港邊新情曲》。

舊港邊，新情曲。
去年10月14日凌晨，鹽埕區城中城大樓的一把大火造成嚴重傷亡，七、八零年代曾居住於城中城，現為專業聲音導演／演員的詩人郭霖，義賣其詩集－《隱生宙》並將所得全數捐出於救助受災戶。回憶起兒時在鹽埕的時光，雖然當時鹽埕已沒落，城中城大樓早已頹圮破敗，但大樓附近賊仔市裡隱隱迴響的流行歌、大勇路土地銀行前的彈珠汽水......至今仍令郭霖印象深刻，也讓他對鹽埕懷有一份特殊的情感，讓我們來聽聽詩人郭霖的《港邊新情曲》。

鹽埕這小小的1.4平方公里裡，在六、七零年代前前後後曾經出現了將近30多家書店。本集《港邊新情曲》來賓－夏琳，除了是道地的老鹽埕人，也是「書店的女兒」，她的三代家族曾在五福四路上同時經營三間書店。在那個缺乏娛樂的年代，電影院、冰果室、洋食店、書店、酒吧，甚至仿日式的喫茶店，都是美國大兵、外籍船員在高雄港下岸休假時必定報到的地方。關於老鹽埕的書店歷史，以及那一段的舊時光，讓我們來聽書店的女兒－夏琳的《港邊新情曲》。
