    Love this podcast as some fascinating stories are covered. Disappointed with the latest series which I’ve listened to in bbc sounds as it barely scratches the surface of a deeply serious issue. It’s far too shallow and misses the real drivers of corruption in our prisons. There’s no exploration of the lack of experienced staff on the landings, the decline in officer maturity since the entry age was lowered, or the need to raise it—ideally to 30—to match the responsibility of the role.
