  • I came for board games and stayed for everything else

It is incredible how Rym and Scott can seamlessly build off each other’s statements making the podcast flow really well! I originally started listening for board game reviews but ended up staying for everything else. Because of the way the podcast is structured you aren’t stuck listening to two people talk about one thing for an hour and instead get a nice variety. I find myself listening to their podcasts about anime which I’m not too familiar with just to get that opening bit, news and thing o... more

I do respect the effort they are putting in though, and can appreciate their steady stream of content.

I think these two would have something if they slowed down to hear what the other is sa... more

  • "long timer listener, first time subscriber..."

I've been tangentially following GeekNights since I was, like, 12? Not actually listening to the podcast, but attending their panels at conventions when I had the opportunity. They're good dudes, smart and entertaining. When I started getting into listening to podcasts, I subscribed to theirs, and it's good! Not everything they talk about is relative to my own interests, but that's part of the point, that they cover a lot of different topics.
