Always love pipe lines, I just started reading “Fire and Briar” part I Pipe Lines. Great narratives on this episode and in the book. Nick doing a Boston accent is awesome. Personally like the detective narrative. Excellent submissions this episode. Always enjoy Thursday mornings waking up turning on a new episode and getting ready for work. As always keep the pipes lit, tobacco fresh, and happy piping. Stay Warm fellas.
MY PURCHASE (of Tales of Fire and Briar) IS A SWORD AGAINST THE STINKY CHEESE MAN. Seriously though, I’m going to buy the book. And, I love this podcast. I’m new to the hobby and you guys have been very fun and very educational. I’ve been recommending you guys to all my buddies. Keep smokin’ and jokin’!
Great takes on cellaring and the tobacco industry. I always look forward to Thursday mornings when I can listen to you guys while I’m at work. I myself have a cellar but not as extensive but I think it’s big. I like letting them sit for a few months or a few years before smoking them. I’ve had my eye on the Bing Christmas pipe and also the regular Bing’s favorite. I always enjoy the segments. As always keep the pipes lit, tobacco fresh, and happy piping. Stay warm fellas and Merry Christmas!!!
Awesome perspectives on the pairing with alcohol. I’ve smoked some clay pipes of mine while sipping some Scotch. I use clay pipes for my tasting smokes. C&D has a tasting notes book that I use to keep track of my tasting sessions. A good strong beer from Texas is ShinerBach, if you like Guinness it’s similar to it. Guinness with Vanilla ice cream is very good. I always look forward to Thursday morning to listen to y’all. Can’t wait for the Vegas episodes. Keep the pipes lit, tobacco fresh, the b... more
