  • Stop saying “mmhmm”

    Overall, I love this podcast, but please stop saying “mmhmm” every few seconds. I don’t think you intend this, but you sound very impatient when you do that, and it’s distracting. I have a hard time concentrating on what your guests are saying because I just keep thinking, “Is he annoyed at them?”

  • Everything about GTD is excellent. One thing about the podcast intro music though is that there is an initial chord which is really loud which almost blows my speakers if the volume is up high. Anything you can do about that? Sorry it seems minor but it's all the time and it can't just be me.

  • Episodes abruptly end halfway thru - lazy editing of recycled content

    I understand that they are recycling webinar content, and that is OK with me. But very often, the content just ends halfway through.

    On episode 282 for instance, the speaker is doing a helpful review of weekly planning sessions. It’s an 11 step process, and I was enjoying this beneficial refresher. But then it literally ends halfway through the steps. Almost comically, the last line of the episode is: “All right. After projects, what next? Checklists.”
