    Thank you for providing supervising GPs a podcast- you have lots of experienced collaborators. Please consider most of us listening to podcasts are on the run (in the car, going for a walk, ironing the clothes..) it is hard to pick up a pen and paper or pull up a website at the same time. Therefore please consider sign posting and outlining processes as you talk through them- this will make it easier to follow.
