本次突破過去都是三集，特別開了第四也是最後一集，因為前面有非常多不同的內容導向，所以我覺得切開來大家聽起來也會比較輕鬆去吸收。
那這集不免俗還是回到這個最熱門的話題AI! AI到底對角色動畫有什麼改變？並且去討論更多未來相關話題，不管是大環境走的方向，或是爾蕾自己想要如何再更去精進自己，並且往更高的職位去發揮影響力。
聊到最後我覺得爾蕾是非常有主見、非常有邏輯、善於思考觀察、並且細膩的一個人，所以我相信她一定會成功，那就大家一起立志到聽到最後吧!

哈囉~ 在第三集我們剛開始聊爾蕾認為對於角色製作最最最高端的狀態會是什麼樣子？再下去聊到在剛入行到現在的心歷路程中她如何持續成長，屬於生涯的議題。
最後也聊她她回到了母校去教書的各種心得，那學習這塊我相信很多在動畫領域中努力得大家，都在希望要如何獲得好的資源、最好的師資，然後去很有效率學習。在這方面 我們也是花了好一段時間一起討論的教育這個議題，希望也可以有越來越多，台灣國內外有經驗的人一起來貢獻教學~

hi~ 那上一集聊到比較多廣義的角色動畫領域的工作方式。而這集有更多特別是爾蕾長期製作角色動畫後自己的領悟和觀念，詳細聊了各種details包括一個角色動畫師需要的製作時間、然後還有 **Fortiche **的獨家動畫製作方式等等的秘辛，而讓奧數這個影集是如何成為如此經典的關鍵因素？所以這是非常值得一聽、也是非常有高價值的一集。

Holle 這次來賓很特別，是遠從法國連線來的資深角色動畫師——翟爾蕾 ! 她的性非常特別是念宅喔。她從台灣出發2015 前往法國 Gobelins動畫學校深造角色動畫。2017 年加入巴黎** Fortiche Production**，參與英雄聯盟超級有名的宣傳動畫《Rise》，之後也曾任職 Illumination Mac Guff，也就是小小兵的動畫公司，參與電影動畫《寵物當家 2》的製作。
