今年，北京大学一项覆盖了全国 4 万多名青少年的进食障碍流行病学调查显示，中国有超过五分之一（21.18%）的青少年存在疑似进食障碍风险。
什么是进食障碍（ED, Eating Disorders）？通俗来讲，这是一种精神类疾病，患者通常过分关注自己的体重、体型以及食物，并因此出现进食行为异常，厌食、暴食或者贪食的情况。
尤其是其中的神经性厌食症，它是所有精神疾病中死亡率最高的一种，死亡率高达 10%。患者可能因极度营养不良导致多器官衰竭而死亡。 more
