普段は本を売ってばかりなので、作るのは新鮮で楽しいです。なにかを生み出すことにしかない愉しみがあります。そして、誰かを何かを生み出しているということも、それを後押ししてくれます。

前回に引き続き、習慣の話です。どうすれば習慣にできるのかを起点に、物事に取り組むときの姿勢について語り合いました。
なにかに習熟しようとするとある程度の期間が必要にはなりますが、そのときに大事なのは対象の習慣化を目的にしないことではないか。その先に自分がなにを成したいのか、どうなりたいのかをイメージして、そのための手段をいくつも作って行くことこそ習慣化ではないのかと結構深い話になったような気がします。

その要因に手帳があるのではないかと大森は考えました。というのも、今年から手帳をつけ始めまして、それでスケジュールが埋まっているとどうにも忙しいような気がしてくるのです。
