行動パターンや思い込みを変えることだけに高額投資をするだけなら、もう少し再現性のあるビジネスで還元すべき。講座を受けたが、中見が薄くて驚いた。搾取的になっていて、一部の人間が儲かるビジネス構造。いくら女性のためと謳っても、こういったビジネスに対して意見を言えない風潮や飲み込まれる人達ほど意志をもって意見を主張できるようコーチングを受けたいものだ。今日本にいる、真面目に対人支援をする多くの女性たちは、なぜこのようなビジネスをしないのか？それは、実際の現場を経験し、現実を知っていて、意志を持って動いているからだ。自己責任論の押し付け、恐怖や不安を煽るコーチング。自分以外の考えは「被害者意識」で済ませる姿勢。一昔前までは犯罪が起きても「被害者が我慢していればいい」や加害者を擁護する人も多かったなか、今は被害者意識と言われる人がやっと声をあげられるようになっている。結局昭和的なこのような年功序列なビジネスは、限界がある。今は再現性や中身のあるビジネスやコーチも希少だが存在する。しっかりと見極めたい。(必要以上にこのビジネスに支払った分を「毎年ハワイに旅行に行っています」とか、完全に奴隷。そもそ... more

このPodcastでゆりさんのことを知ったのが1年半前。それからゆりさんの講座を受講したり、Podcastを遡って全て聴いたり、、、パターン化した行動や思考の癖に気づき、それを変えることができています。(現在進行形で変化成長中！)
たった1年半でこんなに現実が変化する⁈と、自分でもびっくり。そしてその変化は劇的にも関わらず、ちゃんと生活に馴染んでいます。変わることを恐れる必要も、周りの理解を得られるかと心配する必要もないから、大丈夫！安心してここで学んだことを素直に実生活に活かして欲しいと思っています。
