Jen and Ramtin bring authenticity, humanism, and compassion to this podcast. I have been a loyal listener since 2019 and find that the discussion always makes me re-focus on what is most important to living a heart-centered life. I am a cardiologist who must bring every ounce of empathy and selflessness to each and every encounter. The podcast has definitely helped immensely in how I listen and teach my patients how to heal both from the inside and also mindfully.
Very good informative podcast. My only critique is that both speakers need to slow their speech speed way down! Talked much to fast. Sounded like a couple of valley girls lol
I truly appreciate the sincerity of the creators of this podcast. However, as educated mental health professionals, I would have hoped that they would conduct an independent research of this yoga lineage before subscribing to and disseminating YB teachings. Aside from numerous claims of sexual and financial abuse (resulting in numerous lawsuits), please refer to this independent historical review of how YB plagiarized what he taught and copyrighted it for his personal gain: FROM MAHARAJ TO MAHAN... more
