Reviews

4.8 out of 5 stars from 5.2k ratings
  • Don’t use it. Lose it.

I don’t know which in the Jonathon Karl episode was more tortuous to listen to: host/guest going on incessantly about meaningless Trump anecdotes or host/guest humble-bragging about themselves — how they both know Trump, have audio of them asking Trump questions, etc, etc. Couldn’t make it through the hour and a half while the country is burning down, but I’m funny that way… Ego is a wonderful thing to lose.

  • Stuart Steven’s interview

You can be a brilliant commentator, all the more reason to manage your perverted “sucking” metaphors. Listening to this show with my teenage granddaughter was horrible and it shouldn’t be that way.

    Brilliant interview & in-depth discussion

of Freedland’s most recent books (I plan to read both). Long journalism at its very best! 5 stars are not enough.

  • Good mostly, audio quality issues

Mostly like the show, but John you need to work on the consistency of your audio. Guess I have cheap headphones but some of what you say is mumbled or said quickly and hence lost to us listeners.
