I love the show, I’d very much love to hear the long history of Alsace, in particular the northeast portion near wissembourg and how it fell under French control in the 1600s
While this podcast appears well researched with a decent storyline, the presenter's prolific insertion of his personal opinions and his distinct anti-Catholic stance distract the listener from the basic facts that I'm looking for. I would recommend listening as long as you can ignore those two issues.
Both informative and enjoyable; this is my best podcast find in quite a few years.
A one sided point of view. Very clearly biased against God and His Church. Also, I found his sardonic tone towards people of the past very off putting as well. A softer, more sensitive touch would be a good start not to mention speak more objectively, whilst providing his historical findings, which is the job of any historian.
