  • Why the negative reviews?

Maybe it’s bc I’m not an ultimate horror nerd, just more of a casual watcher but I love to hear these guys yap. I find them charming and funny and it’s an easy listen at work and in the car. If you have a normal attachment to horror I think you’ll very much enjoy!

  • Funny Dudes

I’ve started dozens of podcasts about movies or horror that I simple can’t stand the hosts… either they’re too vulgar (which coming from me, that’s big to say) or too… I don’t, loud? These dudes have great chemistry and are fun to listen to.

  • Drunk history w/o the personality.

Listening to each episode is a constant stream of “did you even watch this movie?” Telling the plot or describing scenes makes you feel that they are filling in the gaps that are left out of the trailers. Most of the reviews are from movies that are either only streaming or have been made by the same company that brings us Sharknado.

And the volumes are always so low you can hardly hear one host.

  • It’s okay

It’s an alright podcast. I just feel like there’s a lack of research with some films. Also, not great with film terminology and sometimes they don’t understand the themes the film is portraying. A film class would help.

  • The Hosts Are Clueless and POLITICAL

I’ve tried listening to this show…early and recent episodes. It’s clear to me the hosts are clueless and do ZERO research prior. They don’t even know basic ratings of the movie they are trying to review. No real opinions or thoughts, just basic recaps of the film.

Also, they let their personal politics into the show often. We listen to shows to get away from the real world…not more whining!

    Move on!
