今仔日咱欲講的俗語是『二八亂穿衣』，聽眾朋友啊，恁有感覺奇怪無？咱臺灣人會講亂穿衫，袂講亂穿衣啊！無毋著，這句俗語是中國北方講華語的地區所流傳出來的。
這句話傳來到台灣，猶原有合咱的節氣，所以才有人提出來用，閣不止仔流行呢。
這句俗語的意思是講咱人二月佮八月，就是寒天拄進入春天，熱天拄進入秋天，這陣的氣候無穩定，有時真寒，有時真熱，所以咱會看著有人穿寒天衫，共時陣嘛有人穿熱天衫，這咱佇公共場所，公車頂懸，捷運頂懸攏看會著的。
