Een podcast welke gaat over koudwaterzwemmen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, waarin je ze na de eerste cast al voelt groeien met iedere cast die ze maken.
Vooral de interviews zijn zeer inspirerend en geven je nieuwe inzichten door verschillende visies van de geïnterviewden.
