  • Beginning

I agree there is a person who encourages the delight of reading, for me it was my grandmother and like you it started with storytelling. Learning before those magical scribbles on a page were turned into sense. My grandmother would tell me stories, in a huge bed. Wonderful words of other worlds woven into stories. Imagination was important and encouraged. I was told that I was overly imaginative and a knowing child by her, which made me feel magical in its self. I really loved this episode.

Thank you, Luke, for your vulnerability in this episode. I got genuinely emotional listening to it! Your openness and honesty really hit home. It takes courage to share so deeply, and it made the conversation feel incredibly real and human. I’m grateful for your willingness to go there and let others feel seen through your story.
