Worthy running content I find myself listening to a lot. Generally male hosts who know their stuff, even if it leans more toward “sub 3 hour” marathon runners. I’d recommend as the show continues to grow, they need get a consultant in to give them some tips on production: show cohesion and interview skills. Been listening to this show weekly since stumbling upon it during lockdown. It’s easily the best running pod available. Great content and great humour!
Your podcast is one of the best running podcasts across all following ones!! Such knowledge, experience and honesty.
Coming back from a dislocated and 3 breaks in the ankle it kept my love for running going until I could get back on the feet.
Being from the Gold Coast, I understand it’s not the ‘running capital’ like Melbourne however as Brady did allude to in this recent episode we do have some get spots and major do require to work hence the hourly hours but to run along the beach at 4:30am... more
Great podcast got recommended by someone else a while ago and haven’t stopped listening. Only thing is these city’s can be what you could call concrete jungle. But if you know where to look you will find some trails
Every time I listen there is another whinge about a course or a prize incentive or some other whinge. I’m sure lots of people in the world would love to have these “problems”. You are so lucky to have the running culture that Australia has. You have a strong influence on the running community so I really hope others can practice discernment instead of following suit and becoming increasingly critical. Get some perspective.
