  • Much needed podcast!

I wish I’d had this podcast 5 (even 10) years ago! The hosts do such an amazing job of creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for their guests to tell their stories about how they came to the decision to have children or not and to discuss the social pressures and constructs they bumped up against pre- and post-decision. This podcast really helps you feel like you’re not alone, or an alien for doing life differently than others. It would be awesome to be able to hear some follow-up interviews like... more

  • Was interested but....

Was very interested in the topic and description but the audio recording is so unbelievably bad, I couldn’t listen for longer than 3-4 minutes. I’m surprised this was the finished product.

  • Love!

Listening to episode 2 right now and I’m so incredibly immersed in Jen’s story. My best girl friends are all having kids and/or getting pregnant and I’m starting to mourn the loss of the friendships. I know that we’ll always remain close, but things have changed and will only change more over the coming years. It’s an odd feeling to know that they’re embarking on this huge, life changing journey that I’ll never experience (I don’t want children). I fear that as the childfree friend, I’ll get lef... more

  • Terrible sound quality

I really appreciate the show and the topics of discussion, but it’s hard to listen to sometimes bc the sound quality is terrible. It’s hard to tell what people say at times, there’s too much laughing into the microphone. Sometimes people talk over each other. It’s frustrating bc there aren’t a lot of podcasts on this very important topic. Please get some new recording equipment.

This is my favorite child-free podcast. It is interesting to hear the thoughts and feelings of other child-free women (or men) and how they came to their decision. It makes me feel less alone!

  • Good start excited to see where it goes!

This show is very interesting. Women are interviewed about what lead them to their child free life and what their life is like now. I would love as they continue that they branch out to people with different backgrounds and also women who are younger (20s) making that choice. Def love the insight into other women’s choices and motivations with no judgement from the hosts. Hope they continue to grow!

  • So needed!

This topic is important! I have heard people say they are jealous of DINKS (double income no kids). But the decision is big, heartfelt, and I think many would benefit from experiencing stories in community as they navigate the choice. Thank you two for stepping up and creating a safe place to look at this topic.
