最近遇到一些小問題也想聽聽傑的看法
不知道傑作為諮商師有沒有遇過職業倦怠或者一件事做習慣了反而忘記初心的部分，如果有的話是怎麼調適處理的？沒有的話也想聽聽傑的看法
諮商師的工作那麼反人類，那做著這樣一份工作的傑是怎麼樣做到個案可能不相信自己可以變好，覺得自己很糟糕之類的，諮商師還可以相信個案有變好的能力，看見好的部分不難，但怎麼才能不去看那些不好的部分把目光放在好的部分呢？
就像一個人認識了解自己愈多，會更清楚缺點所在，而對別人也是，要怎麼做才能摒除掉那些想法不會產生批評別人的想法？雖然可能不至於到批評但在類似的想法出現的時候總是會內心感覺不太好

關於處理雙方需求那段，傑提到當對方問：「你是不是不愛我了」，要破除愛與不愛這種表面問題，試著跟對方連接：「是不是有什麼事情，讓你蠻不安的？」 想想我的確是這樣在跟前任溝通的，但他傾向自己的情緒自己承擔消化，甚至覺得關係溝通方面我做的太好了，讓沒辦法做到的他壓力很大。
