2025年11月30日，第29届上海马拉松顺利举行。作为世界马拉松大满贯预选赛事，上海马拉松今年吸引力来自世界各地的2万3千名跑者参与。我们MRC跑团有十几位跑者从澳洲远赴中国上海参与这场跑步盛宴。本节目邀请了来自世界各地的跑者来聊聊对2025上马的感受，将分成上下两期播出。上期由主持人Jaime和程小远分享他们在2025上马的故事。
