台湾POP UP 出発直前、中部国際空港の搭乗口での収録！
なぜ 飛騨萩原 のカフェ「Kaung day」が台湾で POP UP をすることになったのか？ そのほんの一部が語られています。

11月15日の夜、Kaung day で開催された 「居酒屋まさや と DJ Night」。外はそれなりの寒さだったにも関わらず、一時は冷房を入れるほどの熱気に包まれたイベントとなりました。
久々の再開に盛り上がる店内は、いつもの Kaung day とは随分違った雰囲気の中、美味しい料理と気持ちいい音楽に囲まれて、久々の再開がたくさんの、とってもいい感じの雰囲気でした。

2025年 11月 15日（土）Kaung day に「居酒屋まさや」がやってくる…！
高山で朝食・ランチ、夜営業までやっている「Cafe My」のオーナーで、シェフの まさやくん。関西で料理人として修行を積み、高山で店を構えていますが、実は下呂市萩原町出身。
色々なご縁があって、萩原の Kaung dayに来てくれることになりました！

ふとしたきっかけではじまった「鯖の味噌煮」をテーマにした会話。「これは…！」とカウンターで収録を開始した雑談回です。
11月15日にカウンデーで予定されているコラボイベント「居酒屋まさや」について話していたところ、深い「鯖の味噌煮」愛を語り出した、よっち。

月１度ほど、萩原の町に、夜な夜なスパイスカレーを持ち寄り、食す。そんな集まりが「南飛騨スパイスカレー部」。
会場が、スパイスの香りに包まれ、五感でスパイスカレーを楽しめる（スパイス好きにとっては）至福の時間。
立ち上がりの経由や、どんな集まりなのか、ルールは？ などなど、雑談しました。

スケートボードで颯爽と萩原町商店街を駆け抜けたかと思ったら、急に引き返し、Kaung dayにやってきた若者がいた。
その場でサラッと話を聴いただけでも、なかなかのぶっ飛び具合…。どうも面白そうなので、もう少し深堀って話を聴かせてもらいました。
本人いわく、かなり緊張していてうまく話せなかった、とのこと。まだまだ色々とネタは持っていそうな予感。今後、Kaung day のカウンターの向こう側にいる日もあるかもしれないので、ぜひ見かけたら声をかけてやってください！
