I typically love all things KEXP (especially the music obviously)... While the idea for the change from song of the day to "In Our Headphones" seems like it could be interesting, my immediate reaction after hearing the first episode is I would really like to hear the full versions of the songs instead of short previews. I love learning about music! Especially from people who are passionate about all things music. DJs to music are like a photo to the album, their ability to catalogue and pull the song that you didn’t know you need to hear amazes me. This pod is gives the ability to peek into their process. Janice is a fantastic interviewer and I love her enthusiastic voice, curiosity, joy and excitement for music and the DJS she interviews. It is palpable!
