  • Great show, create an email

I listen on Spotify and deleted my Twitter recently, though I’ve interacted with you both on there. Would love a way for The Jury to connect with y’all and give shoutouts or ask questions. Maybe create an email account? Love the show, keep it up.

Teams in markets like Memphis will always need to invest in player development. 1) it’s a way to potentially bring in talent on affordable, team controlled contracts. 2) with a good development staff and a plan to get the most out of young talent, you have the option to one day flip that talent for vets or keep them and have them contribute long term for the franchise. I hated how Chris Wallace and his coaches wasted ... more

Love the ease of listening to Brevin and Fish. It’s like being a fly on the wall of two old friends, who know a whole lot about basketball and other sports.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Case 153: Can it be Fixed
Q: Is it fixable?
Yes, the hosts agree that because the team is closer to their original expectations, they believe it can be salvaged with better execution and player contributions, especially in the fourth quarter.
Case 144: Free Agent Frenzy
Q: Are the Grizzlies better than they were last year at this point?
They are on the path to being better but not yet better overall due to the lack of cohesion and camaraderie from last season.
Case 118: We’re LIVE
Q: What does it mean, like, expectations for them, for the team moving forward off this road trip?
Aiming for .500, ideally three wins out of five; performance in those losses will inform their execution moving forward.
Case 118: We’re LIVE
Q: How do you see Zach's readjustment back into the game, and what does he need to work on going forward into the playoffs?
Zach needs to improve his athleticism and learn how to play against various center styles, focusing on finishing quicker and getting lower on moves.
Case 92: Draft Night!
Q: Do you think they pick ninth?
I think they explore trying to move up.
