很喜歡Julia老師分享這一集, 很多中小企業老闆都說自己忙得昏天暗地，日月無光！ 營業額可能創新高， 感到很有成就感. 但每年實際一算淨利潤時，才發現只小賺一點！ 其中老師提到一點就是我們家公司以前的寫照，「老闆」不發自己薪資， 反正都是自己的錢， 就像x 黨， 國庫通黨庫再通「x褲」. 帳目真的有點混亂， 根本不知是賺還是賠！ 另外一個訂價策略的分享， 我也覺得分析十分精闢. 很多工廠，貿易商，服務機構， 只算你的成本，再加上固定利潤百分比， 如10-15%等等！ 然後在完全競爭市場的情況下，只能削價競爭. 最後，只有微薄的利潤. 老師提及櫃姐和她的課程收費的案例，十分貼切. 因爲我們銷售不僅僅是「產品」更是「服務」的價值主張（Value Proposition)， 就是創造自我的「附加價值」. 我曾聽過一位podcaster 分享一句話「銷售就是把思想裝進你的腦袋，把錢裝進我的口袋」，我聽到時會心的一笑， 真簡結又實際！老師又提及若這些企業主花這點小小諮詢費，能幫他們增加營業額和利潤. 那老師收這些費用就是所創造的「價值」，這企業主投資小錢而賺到大利潤， 應該是非常好的投資. 雙... more
