I appreciate the thoughtful discussion in the first episode with the guests who are also judges. It was refreshing to hear discussion around how to begin if you are interested in pursuing a leadership position. I think the good advice would apply to leading in lots of different orgs, not just bars. I liked the host, Amanda very friendly.

Loved this episode. The Cutlers are always fan favs - they are folksy, have common sense approaches to real leadership issues and you can’t help feeling like you’re just hanging out with them. This is a fun podcast but I also found myself taking some notes on key ideas. ALSO, bravo to host Amanda Arriaga. Her many years of podcasting makes her an insightful interviewer who is smart, funny and real. Looking forward to this seasons shows. 🙌🏻💯
