  • Idk what this says about the podcast

When I can’t fall asleep, (which is often with my adhd and anxiety) all I need to do is turn on LNM and within the hour, I’m out. I turn on the timer to turn off after the episode and 9 times out of 10 I pass out somewhere around the middle. Am I a psychopath for finding these creepy stories relaxing? Eh. Maybe. But I think it’s really just the steady cadence of the tales.
