常常有人會問我，投入身心靈學習當老師、當神明代言人一定比較好運，可以成為人生勝利組，生活得比較有輕鬆。其實答案是：都不會！
以上這些身分，該遇到的冤親債主都會遇到，該學習面對的世間道理我一個都逃不掉。
我發現，進入身心靈學習的人很多是對現實世界失望的人，但是在精神生活裡，包含了宗教，一樣充滿各種誘惑，常常聽到一些靈性術語：靈性高維、天眼直覺、覺醒揚升、濟世渡人，這些是靈性、修行的技術，常常是為了逃避痛苦，這跟酗酒、吸毒、沉迷物質是一樣的。
