Over an hour of yappin and they didn’t even briefly talk about the sexism in Flowers for Algernon or a few other things in the book that I thought were important…I was looking for a more overarching discussion for an episode of that length.
Love this show. Like a private book club.
Listening to “Made You Think” felt like I had wandered into a discussion with new friends. The topics are thought-provoking (as the title suggests). Just as a conversation meanders, so too does this podcast. There was room for digressions and a variety of perspectives were tabled.
