在中国北方广袤的森林与草原上，生活着一位低调的“北境之王”——猞猁。它虽在藏族传说中是雪豹与兔狲的兄弟，却长期隐身于两位“网红”兄弟的光环之外。
猞猁是中国体型最大的“小猫”，耳朵上竖着像天线一样的簇毛，短尾巴，大长腿，能在雪地无声潜行。这个体重仅约20公斤的捕食者，竟能猎杀重达90公斤的驯鹿。从东北林海到青藏高原，它是分布最广的中国野生猫科动物之一，却依然神秘。
