Like many, I know Mark from his work in relationship counseling, and find his attitude and wit engaging and entertaining as well as insightful and inspiring. But, to be honest, that’s not even half of what he brings to the table. Listen to his “verse-by-verse” Bible studies. One of the first is on the Lord’s Prayer, and it takes him over two months to cover it. I have been listening to Mark Gungor preach for a couple of years now. He brings the Bible to life! Mark makes the Word new again and I want to learn more. He inspires me to keep reading the Word and seeing what the Spirit reveals with each new day. I would highly recommend these podcasts for anyone who wants the real word of God.
Just listened to the Mother’s Day sermon and didn’t hear one bible verse read or even mentioned. The Bible was only mentioned once. I have heard good things about this church but very disappointed in the lack of biblical teaching found in this sermon.
