Amazing I came across this podcast accidentally and I’m not in the medical field, but I cannot believe the correlation between running my own business and some of the same trials and tribulations the medical field is going through. Very interesting to listen to this podcast as it opens up new areas of discussion for the management team as it allowed them a different point of view and give us new ideas in areas for growth and internal systems that work.
