I had to stop at episode three.
The guests being used as resources or “experts” to describe the hospital environment made me question the last time they had actually worked in a hospital setting alongside health care professionals. The information presented was so inaccurate that it was incredibly difficult to listen to.

I couldn’t get past episode 1 of season 7. The psychoanalyzing without having done a proper assessment on her and making a correlation between things like not having a best friend in college and psychosis is problematic, and irresponsible. I guess like the title says, the show’s about monsters. And it’s easier to make her into one, through analyzing her psychology, than facing that it’s human beings who do terrible things.

I continue listening to the show because I find it interesting, but I can barely tolerate one thing. The host, Dr. Michelle Ward, frequently gives her gratuitous and often ingratiating opinions (especially when she is commending the police work). She egregiously editorializes (i.e. “Wow. She’s evil”) to the point where I’m almost ready to give up. Please stop. Telling the story in an unbiased way would make it so much more appealing.
