Meet Bobby and Bridge who have something to say about this perception of women in the Military and much, much more. These two irreverent, life energised women have known each... more

Lovely to hear that despite the changes that they share with us that the essence of Bobby and Bridge isn’t lost. Quite a few laughs and some really good chat. Love it!

    So much to love.

The bold use of language - and that one’s choice of words really matter.

That leaders of all stripes need space to reflect and recover - and most need someone else to prompt them to take that time.

Vocalising ideas and themes which really resonate with me but that one doesn’t often hear articulated.

Thanks Bobby and Bridge - really great, thought-provoking stuff as I embark on a new leadership challenge.

  • Empowered women empowering women through warmth, humour & experience

I loved this first episode. I have 0 military background but feel like a lot of shared experiences exist across the corporate world of leadership.

The relationship the two of you have is clearly built on respect- permission to challenge each other & admit we all get it wrong sometimes is empowering & reassuring at the same time. Looking forward to the next ones.

And the expression Lumpy Jumpers’ 🤬 FFS!
