As a Hall’s Taekwondo black belt myself, listening to this way of seeing Taekwondo as more than just doing the moves, or just Martial Arts, but as a connection to people, and balance. Trent and Luke are awesome and it’s great to learn more about them and their guests and what advice and insight they have to share.
Great to hear about the behind the scenes effort that’s gone in to COVID adaption of Halls TKD and to get to know Trent and Luke a little more. Having trained under both of these legends over the years it’s quite nice to hear them from this new perspective.
Because of the commitment and enthusiasm from this inspiring team I’ve been able to keep my training goals alive and stay motivated through the adversity, which I will be forever grateful for 😊🙏
Great to hear two legends in Trent and Luke talk about their passion for Taekwondo.
