多くの人がこう思っています：
• 「22時までに高速に乗っていれば割引になる」→ 完全にNG
• 割引対象は「22時以降に高速へ“乗った”走行分」だけ
• 22時台に降りると、割引は“たった2割”で頭打ち
• ETCマイレージ未登録だと、割引分は一切戻ってこない
