本来、ドライバーの癒やしの場であるはずの場所が、なぜ真っ暗闇にならなければいけなかったのか？そこには施設側の悲鳴と、深夜の迷惑行為という厳しい現実がありました。
今回の放送では、岡山県「笠岡ベイファーム」で起きた事例をもとに、バイクや車の集まり方、そして自分たちの遊び場を守るためのマナーについてお話しします。

静岡県では筆記試験の合格率が、わずか1年で93%から37%へと急落しました。背景には埼玉県で起きた衝撃的な事件があり、社会全体で“外免切替は甘すぎる”という声が広がったのです。
